  • To be eligible for the money back guarantee, you must set your job post application settings to be handled online via the Pandaloop website, and NOT through an external website. See the following diagram below for more details.



    Also to maintain eligibility for the money back guarantee, you must not request users contact you directly, link to another website to receive applications, or through any other external methods. For example: placing a link in the job post description that requests ESL Teachers apply through your business’ website would make the job post ineligible for the money back guarantee.

Money Back Guarantee Offered

The following is how the money back guarantee works with the different packages that we offer:

Single Job Post

If after 50 days, your single job post has yet to receive a qualified applicant, we will return 100% of the job post cost to you.
 

10 Pack Job Posts *

50 days after the tenth job post being posted, a percentage is calculated based on the number of jobs from the package that received qualified applicants and which ones did not. Each of the 10 Job Posts have 50 days to receive a qualified applicant before that particular post is eligible for the money back guarantee.
Example:

  • 10 Pack Job Posts Purchased: $350USD
  • The calculation date will be 50 days after the date of the last post
  • 8 jobs received qualified applicants
  • 2 jobs eligible for the money back guarantee
  • 2/10 = 20%
  • Refund amount: $350USD * 20% = $70USD

Note: the refund can be credited back to your Paypal account or it can be used for additional job post credits. In the case of this example, the refund could be used for 2 additional job posts.
 

Featured Job Post Upgrade

Much like the Single Job post, if it has been 50 days since you upgraded a job post and you have received no qualified applicants, we will return 100% of the cost of the upgrade to you.
 

Unlimited Job Post Subscription *

50 days after the expiration of the the Unlimited Job Post subscription, a percentage is calculated based on the number of jobs from the subscription that received qualified applicants and which ones did not. The percentage of jobs during the month that did not receive any applications will be eligible.
Example:

  • 30 day subscription purchased on June 1st : $550USD
  • 50 days will be calculated starting the day after the subscription expires.
    • Starting day: July 1st
    • 50th day: August 21st
  • On the 50th day, the following calculations will be made:
    • 20 posted jobs in total
    • 13 jobs received qualified applicants
    • 7 jobs eligible for the money back guarantee
    • 7/20 = 35%
    • Refund amount: $550USD *35% = $192.50USD
